I needed a new home and had zero knowledge of the manufactured housing world. I started a fact-finding mission online and found The Mobile Home Mama’s on YouTube. Her upbeat, friendly personality instantly drew me in; however, that is not what kept me interested in her channel; it was the fact that she is a natural teacher. After a couple of months, I decided to reach out and set up a visit to the factory. The BEST decision, Kristina, was the same in person as she is on her channel; she took the time to give me a tour and answer all of my questions. We designed my house that day. Wow! This company is absolutely AMAZING. Xavier is such a nice salesman and not pushy at all. We also met the general manager who is also absolutely amazing! Chris was very knowledgeable and funny we had a pleasant experience, we went to two different factory expo Centers the same day in the area they had different but better products lines so definitely hit both to see the difference in products but you could definitely see Chris is selling a higher end line. It was worth the 3hr drive from SE Michigan.

It was rather a long drive to Topeka IN. Denny & I had some reservations about purchasing a manufactured home such a distance from our property in southern Indiana. But after the appointment with Tom Campbell today we felt reassured it’s the right choice for us. My wife and I had an appointment to meet with Kristina Trittipo at the Topeka sales center in Indiana on Thursday, 08/27/20 at 9am to walk through the process of shopping for a new mobile home. Kristina took the time to come in on her day off. So unexpected! We had a very pleasant chat in which she asked all the right questions so she could lead us in the direction of making an informed decision.Frankly, we had concerns that dealing with such a large company like Champion Home Builders would put us off. We didn't expect to be treated with such courtesy and personal care but we were proved wrong. Since they have so many model homes on display on the premises, walking for us would have been a burden had it not been for Kristina who chauffeured us around in the comfort of a golf cart.The homes that we looked at exceeded our expectations and we will be placing an order soon. Prior to the completion of our visit we were introduced to the General Manager, Kyle Dudgeon, who confirmed for us that this is the place that we want to partner with in our home purchase quest. A full life includes relationships with great people and we found some great people that are interested in partnering with us.

The team at Factory Expo, Kyle Dudgeon an our own personal home consultant Kristina Trittipo were so nice and easy to talk to. Answered our questions. From the very start they were very honest with what things cost so we were not hit with any unexpected expenses. Some other homes we checked out wouldn't even give a base price of there homes, they were more interested in our credit scores. I also appreciated that they went with/ are working with our lender 1st Signature Lending. Again I would rather know that I am per approved for a certain amount than fall in love with a home and then be told I can't afford that one! Can't wait to see how our home turns out!! My husband and I visited there a few days ago on Tuesday. Mike Wood was amazing from the first phone call. I called on Monday, and he agreed to meet with us the very next day. He provided so much valuable information to my husband and I. With us looking to purchase our first home, I couldn't ask for a better person to explain everything to us in the most simplistic way possible. We were able to see some of the different style homes and the quality was well above standards. We love how almost everything is customizable to make our home truly feel like ours. We called Factory Expo Home Center Topeka IN after a poor experience and communication from the local Champion dealer here in Michigan. Our first contact at Factory Expo was Thomas Campbell and Tom helped us all the way through post delivery. The General Manager Mike Wood lent us his time and expertise with customization questions and examples of how to configure the home and foundation together. A special mention, as well, for Jessica Lawrence who was our post-sale scheduler and made sure the home arrived on time and kept us in the loop every step of the journey.We would recommend Factory Expo Home Center Topeka IN for 1)Great service 2)Fair pricing 3)Factory tour helped us to understand the quality of construction & 4)Post-Sale support.We would recommend Champion Homes as a manufacturer for 1)Style, Features, and Options 2)Quality of construction 3)Value for the money & 4)Consistency of scheduleSuggestion to Factory Expo.... buying the home was easy, all other aspects such as foundation, installation, site-built features, and inspection, tax, and permitting are actually more difficult with a HUD home than with a custom home. It would be great if Factory Expo could provide more information upfront on how to approach these items, the sequence for construction, and "directional" costs.Suggestion to Champion Homes.... the wrong type of semi trucks were used to deliver our home sections and the drivers were unwilling to complete the turn onto our property.
